To return one of our surf hats it must be in new condition and not have been used in the water. Please make sure to try on your hat and determine the fit for you prior to using it in the water. Once it's been used in the water, we are unable to accept it as a return and will not be able to provide you with a refund.

To request a return of a new, unused product, you'll need a return merchandise authorization (RMA).   Our mail service will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued RMA number on the outside of the box. Please refer to the section below titled "How to Make a Return", for instructions on obtaining an RMA.

Please note: refunded amounts may be reduced by our cost for shipping, and items initially sold with free shipping may be reduced by our actual cost of shipping the original order or $5.00, whichever is greater, and will be issued within 30 days.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.  Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 30 days.

How to Make a Return

Step 1: Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by requesting an RMA and letting us know your original order#, what you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Repack the item(s) in the original shipping packaging, if possible, and mail to the address below:
